You contract with one company. You get three.

TRIONA is a contractual association of independent companies, not a separate legal entity. That is deliberate: it lets a Tanzanian ministry sign with a Tanzanian company, or a US enterprise sign with a US company, while the whole consortium delivers.

  1. Engage

    One Member becomes your contracting party and single point of contact — usually the Member in your country where local rules or your preference call for it.

  2. Assemble

    We form the delivery team from all three Members on capability, location and cost. Allocating the work is our job, never yours.

  3. Deliver

    The contracting Member runs the programme and reports to you. Scope, schedule and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before work starts.

  4. Sustain

    Support, maintenance and enhancement continue through the same Member, with the same team.
